Bob Moss

We welcome Bob Moss, a seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience guiding congregations and their boards toward transformative decision-making. In his insightful book, Lost in Logistics, Bob delves into the common pitfall of boards getting bogged down in trivial logistical details, diverting them from their primary mission of ministry. His message to pastors and leaders is clear: there's a better way forward.

Currently serving as the Executive Pastor of Ministries at First Church of God in St. Joseph, MI, and as the Church of God coordinator for Transitional Interim Pastor Services (TIPS), Bob brings a wealth of experience from his more than forty-five years in ministry. He's held various roles, including lead pastor at multiple congregations, State Minister of Indiana, and as a Senior Executive at Church of God Ministries in Anderson, IN.

Bob's extensive leadership extends beyond his local church, having served as a two-term chairman of the North American General Assembly of the Church of God and engaging in ministry internationally. His broad perspective enriches his teachings on fostering healthy church structures.

An alumnus of Warner Pacific University and the Anderson University School of Theology, Bob and his wife Renée are proud parents to three married adult children and devoted grandparents to eight grandchildren.
