Chip serves as the Director of the Intern Academy, a nonprofit committed to raising up the next generation of kingdom leaders through a nationwide network of immersive ministry internships. A dynamic communicator with a contagious love for Jesus, Chip brings both passion and wisdom to every room he enters.

For more than 30 years, he has invested his life in student ministry—mentoring young leaders, championing the local church, and helping people discover their calling. Chip is a graduate of Mid-America Christian University and a trusted voice in leadership development.

When he’s not pouring into emerging leaders, you’ll likely find him enjoying football, fishing, golfing, or a good date night with his wife, Lori. They are proud parents of Leah and Caleb, grateful to call Jacob their son-in-love, and delighted grandparents to two grandsons, JJ and Jack.
